Communication 

For any questions, updates or concerns please email us at lionlambcb@gmail.com. Emails will be answered Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 CST. Please allow 48 hours for a response. 


Refunds & Exchanges  

All sales are final! We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits unless an item is defective or damaged. If your item is defective or damaged please email us within 3 days of receipt for a refund/store credit.


Shipping 

At this time Lion and Lamb offers free shipping! Shipping times vary for each Preorder and will be listed for reference. Please note that we are unable to guarantee arrival dates for any item as we are not responsible for USPS/UPS processes. We will, however have items shipped to you immediately after we take possession of the order. 

**Please Note: Preordered items and Ready To Ship Items should NOT be ordered together as Ready To Ship items will not ship until all Preordered items arrive! 


Invoicing / Payments 

We offer items via our Facebook group and our website. Once an item has made production within the group, it will be added to the website for you to complete your purchase. Please be sure to join our Facebook group to ensure you never miss an offer! 

Items ordered through the website require payment at the time of purchase. We accept payment via PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, and Shop Pay over time.
We will continue to send manual PayPal invoices as well and payment is expected within 24 hours of receipt.  
*Please note that your order comment within the Facebook group is your commitment to pay as our items are made to order. 


Photo Consent 

We LOVE to see photos of your Littles! By sharing photos of your children or items purchased from our shop, you consent to the use of your photos by Lion and Lamb Children’s Boutique. Photos may be used for advertisement purposes via website, Facebook, posters/flyers, etc.
